Morbid Outlook
I'm partial to them because they gave me my first online publishing break with my story, "Rites of Death," for their Ghost Story project. A site for the creepy, the weird, the gothic, and the just plain odd.
Rose and Thorn
A literary zine which boasts yours truly as their assistant prose editor.
The Pink Chameleon
Another site, this one family-oriented, that is quite open to submissions from new voices.
Inscriptions
So helpful to writers of all genres and publishing-statuses, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
Writer's Digest
A very popular and very helpful tool for all writers.
The Published Writer
Articles and contests for all writers, to help you along on that path called "How the heck do I get published?" (Thus, the name.)
Savage Night
Another site for dark fiction.
Fiction Factor
A great resource with lots of tools for writers of every genre and writing style.
Visions
A very spiffy zine that with updated genre articles updated every other month.

UCF Independent
I'm totally not biased just because my brother is the co-founder and managing editor of this University of Central Florida newspaper, or because they printed my e-mail about living in New York City the morning after September 11. Totally not biased.
